I loved this and found it very tasty! My family loved it too, we were given some Hake fish and normaly a stew is made out of this type of fish. But we were craving a fried fish and I did a search on this site and found Nancy's fried rock fish and loved the batter. Will use this again.

Batter was too thick, had to be thinned with milk. Could have used water to thin it too. Tasted like rockfish with the Old Bay Seasoning in the background.

Very good flavor. Had to add milk to batter to thin it out enough to coat fish evenly.

The mixture(sauce was a little hard to keep around the fish it wanted to run off and not stay even. though the end product wasn't as asthetic as the one on tv i'm sure. It had a pretty good taste.
