Very easy recipe which I followed to a tee. Although I am a vegetarian I didn't mind cooking this dish for my husband who gave me full points and described it as "by far the best chicken dish yet"! I chose mashed potatoes on the side. Will surely keep this on my regular cooking plans : Thank you Giada!

Easy and great flavor. The chicken came out nice and tender. I had saffron given to me from the Orient and it was flavorful!

My husband requests this at least 2x a month. I serve it with orzo and sauteed mushrooms. Incredibly easy with pantry staples, which makes it a snap to toss together quickly.

AMAZING!! We loved this, and the sauce was devine! Very easy dish to make. Followed the recipe exactly, except for the salt at the end that I omitted, as I had read other reviews that it was on the salty side. I just generously salted the chicken when frying, and used reduced sodium chicken broth. I suggest you taste the sauce before you add the 3/4 tsp of salt. It's important to reduce the wine almost all the way before adding the broth, and again make sure to reduce the broth BEFORE adding the cream, because it will come out really thin if you add the cream before it has reduced.

Absolutely delicious, and easy to prepare on a weeknight especially when you work all day. Everyone enjoyed it and it was just as good left over. One recipe I will definitely keep on hand even great when you have company over.

Incredibly delicious and flavorful. I didn't use the saffron though. It was just way too exspensive and I have myself on a food budget but if you eliminate the saffron it is just delicious. I did cook my chicken a little bit longer though. When I saw it on tv it didn't look really done to me so I cooked mine for about 4-5 min instead of the 2-3 and again, didn't hurt the dish at all. I also left out the shallots and used mushrooms insted. Just delicious!
