    I only made the Tian part of this because I was trying to use the veggies from my garden. I had no expectations, and was pleasantly surprised at how simple, light and delicious it turned out. Do go easy on the olive oil. I sprinkled Parmiggiano Reggiano on top for hte last few mionutes of baking and it was delicious. Will make again with grilled fish, or just with a salad for a vegan meal.
