I am going to refer to this recipe on my article discussing value of Broccoli in preventing osteoarthritis pursuenatural.wordpress.com. I cannot cook and this recipe sounds healthy and easy for my readers

Being a fan of raw broccoli and a resident of the kitchen floor, my dog was thrilled I had decided to try and slice broccoli on a mandolin.
Messes aside, this is fantastic. I added about a tsp of honey to the dressing for balance and didn't have any pecans or hazelnuts so I used sesame seeds. I am really happy with the results.

Somehow, the vinaigrette could have been a little more potent (or maybe I had too much broccoli. Anyways, I did enjoy it. The chopping of the broccoli wasn't too messy.

Yes, this is a little messy, but fun to make! The dressing was super simple and I love the tomatoes it too. My salad sat with the dressing on it for less than an hour and was very good, but next time I think I would let it soak up the dressing a little longer. Raw broccoli is just not that great by itself, but this healthy and simple dressing is just what broccoli needed! Will definitely make this again.

I have allways loved broccoli but I don't buy it because my husband and kids hate it. I tried this recipe on them and my husband acctually went back for seconds and my kids ate their helping. Thanks for making such a great salad.

I made this salad for the second time this weekend. It's very tasty and will definitely make it again. It does make quite a mess to shred up all the broccoli, even though I used my food processor as others had suggested.

A broccoli dish my husband will actually eat! He even asked if I could make it again later in the week. Easy to make, albeit a little messy. I used toasted walnuts, and it was delicious. My husband laughs at the Good Eats show and calls it "food humor." He's not laughing any more.

So easy to make and so good to eat! This will become a regular salad at our house. May mix it up by adding some black olives and/or feta cheese.
