I used this recipie on boneless-skinless chicken breasts and baked them instead of grilling and it was fabulous!! I loved using the pumpkin seeds and added a little chilli powder to the mix as well. My husband loved it too!! Thanks again Rachel!

We liked these tacos, did not make the fries. I wasn't sure if I needed to use seeds with or without shells, so used the unshelled pepitas.

First of all I only gave this meal 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to alter the serving sizes. 2 pounds of meat and 3 tortillas is WAY too much for 4 average adults, so I halved the recipe to begin with. I then decided to use top sirloin instead of pork but that's only because I hadn't had red meat in a while. : I omitted the oven fries and made sure to use plenty of cabbage with the addition of halved grape tomatoes and 2 Tbsp. chopped avocado. I served all of this on a whole-wheat tortilla for added fiber and nutrition. Absolutely a keeper. Try it with your own modifications!

Great Recipe! I added some chipotle peppers to the salsa subbing for the cilantro (I am a total anti cilantro person though The meal was super fresh, not overfilling and my boyfriend will even eat it again with the cabbage which he even said made the taco! (and when he saw me come home with it he freaked!! i used sweet potatoes for the fries and added extra red pepper I love sweet and spicy!

    Thanks!!

My wife and I made these tacos recently and they were so good we are making them for company.
We couldn't find tomatillos, so we just made a fresh tomato salsa instead. We also added a little quacamole and we had a great meal.

Everything about this meal was great. I had to sear it in a pan and finish the tenderloin in oven because i didnt have a grill pan

I just saw this episode today and had to try it. I substituted battered frozen fish for the pork, cuz I was cooking for myself and it was really good with the fish. I forgot to buy limes and used Rosies Lime Juice instead and it made it kind of sweet, but it was still so good!! Cant wait to try it with the pork, and limes next time. Super easy and fast!
