I've made this several times and have impressed many guests w/ it! I like to make it for company because I can do all the prep work before they get there and then it slow cooks on the stove and in the oven while I'm socializing and entertaining. The meat falls off the bone and it has such a rich flavor. Another fantastic recipe from Tyler!!!!

THE MARSALA WAS MUCH BETTER THAN THE WHITE WINE WHICH IS WHAT I HAD ALWAYS USED.

This dish has outstanding flavor and has become one of our favorites. Yes, there is a fair amout of preparations, but the results are well worth the effort as the meat falls off the bone. A must try dish!
