    I'll make this again-- well, next time I have ground duck. It is a good weeknight recipe-- get the sauce going, heat up the grill, prep the burgers, grill, eat! I cooked the burgers to an internal temp of 165/170F and was happy with the result. Canned plums were fine for the sauce and cooked down easily, and a quick zap with the immersion blender was all it needed to reach a nice consistency. Even if I don't have duck again soon, I could see myself finding other uses for the sauce, which is really tasty.

    This recipe is absolutely amazing! The sauce really makes it! I made this for my wildfowl hunter friends last month and they are still talking about it!
