I love Alton's Browns method for ribs (Who Loves Ya Baby-Back? but usually do not have enough of the left over liquid to make bbq sauce. So I used his method for cooking ribs with this bbq sauce. My family said they will never eat ribs any other way! I made them for my sons 22nd birthday and when his friends came over for cake later that evening they said all he talked about all night long was how good the ribs tasted and they insisted I make ribs for them in the near future.

Wanted to try the Steak Sauce recipe. While I don't like a sauce on my steak -I thought we would like it on chicken cooked on the grill.
Due to the comments by previous reviewers, I used Texas Pete instead of the cayenne pepper since I don't like real spicy foods.
Both my husband and I enjoyed it and will use it again. Thanks for an easy and delicious BBQ sauce recipe.

I saw Pat and Gina make this on thier show recently and it looked interesting so I tried it. My son-in-law is a HUGE steak man and so he was my tester. He said it was the best sauce he had ever had. We decided that it would also be great on chicken. It was easy to make and absolutely delicious. I thought it was a little to spicy at first, but once it cooked down and we put it on the steak it was perfect.

1 T of cayenne seems excessive. I love spicy food, but we started with 3/4 a T of cayenne and couldn't even eat it. It would probably be delicious with less pepper, but after doubling all the other ingredients to dilute it a little, my mouth still tastes like fire.

My family really enjoyed this recipe. It had a little heat but wasn't too bad. I knocked it out after work and still had time to eat a little ice cream dessert and watch tv.

This sauce is soooo good. A 5 star scale is not enough for this recipe.
