    I don't usually like a lot of cayenne pepper, but for me it was great! However, it was a bit too spicy for my hubby, so next time we will reduce the amount of cayenne pepper.

    I didn't see the episode but I would like to make this sauce. Is the apple cider vinegar or regular cider? Also, I'm not a beer drinker. Can someone give me an example of a lager type beer?

    The steaks and sauce were absolutely the best we have ever eaten. I love spicy, but the cayenne pepper was a little to powerful for my taste. The only change I will make to my sauce next time is to cut the amount of cayenne pepper in half.

    I mean are these guys great or what. They turned me the ultimate Mario Batali fan into a lover of southern style food in a couple weeks. Everything I have tried from them is amazing!!

    This steak sauce is delicious.
    It's also good as a dipping sauce with chicken wings.
    I sometimes use a couple drops of tobasco sauce in place of the cayanne pepper. GREAT!!! :
