This dessert is delicious! My family loves it too. It is wonderful served with raspberries, blackberries, or strawberries. Enjoy!

A great tasting dessert that doens't take long to make (well, not counting refrigeraton time. I like to serve my panna cotta with a homeade caramel sauce sauce that I spike with a little orage liquor.

Easy and elegant; can be done the night before. Pretty presentation is to serve in a wine goblet and garnish with the fruit and chocolate sauce.

This is the easiest dessert to make, and with a little creativity, will impress anyone. Instead of the normal berries and chocolate, i've done berries, strawberry glaze and slivered almonds, or a asian plum and orange ginger honey, or even a tropical fruit medley. sometimes i don't even bother to take them out of the ramekins, and just serve them straight from the fridge.
