We thought these were great. I will change a couple of things next time...we just aren't big into chocolate chips so I will replace with peach bits and make some kind of peach syrup or topping. For the cinnamon cream I used Cool Whip light and added vanilla and cinnamon to it to cut down on the fat etc. Great pancake recipe. One more thing, it doesn't make a huge batch the four of us had 2 medium sized pancakes and their were 2 left, but had their been enough I am sure everyone would have had one more. I'd make a batch and 1/2 or double and freeze whats left next time.

I consider myself a pretty cook, however, I made these last night & they came out flat as paper! What did I do wrong? I followed the recipe exactly! Has anyone had this problem? I am sure it is a good recipe, I am sure it must have been me. Can anyone offer some guidance? Thanks!

I didn't make the cinnamon cream, but I can imagine how delicious that would be. The pancakes were a great success. I will definitely be using this recipe from now on. The only thing I did differently was add vanilla sugar instead of regular sugar (I have a box of sugar in which I keep used vanilla pods and I also added a dash (perhaps a teaspoon of vanilla extract. I can't stand the idea of having eggs in a batter without something to cover the taste/smell of eggs. Apart from that, I found that I love the chocolate chips in the pancakes so I ended up adding some more chocolate chips to my batch -- but I just ate the pancakes plain so maybe that wouldn't turn out so good if I had added maple syrup or cream. This is a keeper!

Oh my gosh, these are absolutely the best. We have had out of town family here; made thes this morning and they were a really big hit. Super easy and really tasty. Give'm a try!!

they were good everyone liked them even my fiancee liked them and he doesn't like pancakes at all so it says allot about this pancakes so i will be making it again they were nice n fluffy n i use the cinnamon cream n i put syrup 2

These pancakes are the BEST EVER !!!!!!. i made them 3 times in one week, I made them with the chocolate chips and without and just added some orange zest and it came out perfect. I didn't make the cream though, I'm a syrup girl lol....This is a must try recipe...

This recipe was wonderful! I made these energy-packed pancakes before my sections tournament for speech and I did awesome! State here I come! All thanks to the pancakes!
