This recipe was easy to make, but I thought it was too sweet. My husband, who has an insane sweet tooth, loved it though! The sweetness of the glaze and the sweetness of the cake was just too much for me - I wanted something to break it up. I liked the concept of the cake, so I might try to tweak the recipe and serve it with some berries or something, but I probably won't make it as written again.

This cake was so easy to make and so much fun to make!! It turned out great and was pure perfection. It was moist, airy, and not too sweet, just how a sponge cake should taste. Absolutely loved it, and the glaze was so sweet too. Everyone definitely needs to try this one!!!!
