    My husband said that this tastes like Amish Friendship Bread. It was more like a loaf than a cake, but still very good.

    This was moist and delicious, however the batter would not fit in a standard pyrex loaf pan. I am definitely going to make it again--perhaps i'll have to bake some of the batter in a few muffin forms.
