Absolutely delicious! Cranberries make it so much better! I'll definitely make it again. Thank you, Rachael!

This was a good recipe for kale. My 14 year old loved it! I also kept the bacon out until the end for the crispness.

I add just about a teaspoon of sugar to any greens that I cook.

This is a GO TO recipe for me! If you're not a fan of kale, use any other greens. I've tried it with collards, Brussels Sprouts etc. and it's always delicious due mainly to the craisins, giving the greens a nice tart/sweet flavor. The bacon is also a must! The only thing I do differently is cook diced bacon and remove it to a separate dish then add it back as a garnish, otherwise it loses all the crispness in the chicken broth. For a delicious variation, add cooked diced sweet potatoes and you can even top with a fried egg.

ANY time you make a bitter green you MUST add a "splash" of vinegar...I made this with a splash of balsamic vinegar and left out the salt....it was SUPER...I am rating this at 4 stars because she left out the vinegar...with the vinegar, it is FIVE stars.

I couldn't find applewood smoked bacon, instead I used Oscar Meyer Center Cut Bacon then I added a couple drops of liquid smoke. I really like sauteed greens and this was a great side dish. The only thing I would change is to leave out the salt. Otherwise it would be a five-star.

I like dark greens but this just didn't work for me. The flavors just didn't come together and I think chard would be a better option than kale but I'll try another recipe. This just ended up in the garbage.

Against my better judgement, I tried this recipe. I should have listened to myself, knowing that Kale was going to be bitter. It was so bitter that I don't know what you could possibly do to make it edible. In any case it dosen't matter because I will never try this again. Kale is a decoration to me and should be left as such..

For me, this was a winner. I love wilted or sauted greens and the addition of cranberries (one of my favorites was scrumptions. On the other hand, my family wasn't crazy about it, so I could only give it 4 stars. Nice twist on a new way to serve greens.
