I loved these and they were so easy. You just have to make sure you put enough seasonings on the chicken. I also brined the chicken before I made them. They came out very juicy!

This recipe is amazing. SO DELICIOUS. THE BEST Chicken Tenders I have ever had. They look and taste better than any my family and I have ever tasted. My daughter is EXTREMLY picky. I wanted to cook her fresh chicken tenders instead of processed or who knows what else. I made this recipe and I have never seen her eat so well. It is fried, so it isn't the best, but knowing I prepared it fresh, and in peanut oil made me feel better about feeding it to my family. This is a must try recipe. I didn't have the chance to do the honey mustard, but I will next go around. The seasoning you prepare and put on the chicken gives it so much flavor and the buttermilk and self rising flour is key. I ran out to the store special for those items and it was well worth it. Follow the recipe exactly and you will not be disappointed.

Adore the honey mustard dressing. Super easy. Great for salads and chicken. Personally, I skip the OJ and horseradish.

Excellent recipe. Turned out deliciously crunchy and super easy to make. Minor modifications I made included the addition of some paprika and chili powder to the seasoning, and I had the chicken sit in the buttermilk for a couple hours to get that lovely tang. Worked out GREAT. Thanks Paula.
