    I made a few changes like cooking the hens on the grill and I substituted asparagus in the broccolini receipe per my husband's request. Still everthing turned out great and the hens were so tender.

    I loved the ingredients that I had to work with to make the chicken, the dressing and the broccolini. Turned out really, really good. My guests were impressed.
