Excellent. Also used left over turkey from Thanksgiving. Looked a bit dry, so I added some chicken stock and a jar of store bought turkey gravy. I also substituted peas for the peppers. Just can't imagine peppers in a pot pie. Next time, I plan to divide the mixture into individual pot pies for a special presentation.

This was great. We used left over turkey from Thanksgiving that I had frozen. I was very tasty and when my husband wants it again then I know it's a winner!
