This was a simple recipe to follow. I imagine this would be fantastic in other flavors of jam like strawberry and lemon. I'd like to be able to come up with a chocolate version.

These take a bit of work but boy is it worth it. They are buttery, flaky and oh so delicious. They have always been a hit with my guests and so, shall remain a "star" in my permanent recipe collection!

These are great! If you make them according to the instructions, they will end up very raw and mushy in the middle (which half of the family just loved. If you let the pan thaw for about 20 minutes before baking, they turn out beautifully. I got lots of compliments on these.

These were so good - even my brother who never outright says anything is good outright said these were good. I had a hard time grating the dough without a food processor (did it by hand but my husband helped. = The only thing is next time I won't add too much powdered sugar on top - it was a little bit too sinfully sweet, but unbelievably good.

These bars were wonderful. I increased the raspberry jam to 1 1/2 cups and instead of shaping the dough into balls, I formed it into 2 logs so they would fit into my food processor which makes grating a breeze

This recipe is MAGNIFICENT!! I've made it with raspberry jam, and with apricot as well. Either way, it's delicious.

This is a very easy recipe, use the grater on your food processor and your set!
