These were great! The only downfall was that the meat was very runny, I couldn't grill it, so I had to fry them on the stove, and they turned out just the same. The apples add great flavor, next time I won't grill them for so long, I think crisp apples would be better :

Delicious! I ended up skipping the bread and adding a little more arugula to make it more of a salad. I'll be making it again. But I made the cheese chunks too thick and some of the brie cooked out. Even with my mistake this recipe is a keeper!

    Very yummy!

I used whole wheat buns because that's what we had. Added some spices to the meat. Used basil and spinach instead of arugula(bleh. And it was all cooked in kitchen since we don't have a grill. Made for a great dinner and I'm sure a great lunch tomorrow.

Bobby is definitely "The Man" at the grill and in the kitchen. Watching his shows has inspired me to get creative in my own kitchen. On Examiner.com I have published my own cheese stuffed burger, though Bobby, without a doubt, takes the lead with his recipe here. http://www.examiner.com/x-46938-San-Jose-Food-Examiner~y2010m5d5-Grilled-Quarter-Pound-Juicy-Lucy-Sliders

I did the same with breaking up the brie for every bite and added grill master steak seasoning, smokehouse blackpepper, white pepper, and one egg. The bread I used was rosemary olive oil loaf from costco. I sliced it thick and on a slant. This combination kicked the flavor and juiciness up a bunch of notches! Great recipe

I made this tonight and it was A++. WOW - grilled apples are insanely delicious!! I think the next time I make it I'll add some egg to keep the meat together on the grill. Also, I recommend dicing the brie cheese into small pieces and mixing it into the ground turkey before forming the burgers so you get a mouthfull of cheese w/ every bite. Excellent recipe and very easy to make.

These are quite good! I took the other reviewer's advice and added caramelized onions, and the burgers are great. I will definitely be making these again.

I added rosemary to the turkey meat along with some onions and garlic that I sauteed in a pan for about 10 mins. I made the hamburger shape then put them in the freezer for 20 mins (that is supposed to help them not lose their shape while cooking. This was very good. My boyfriend ate two and then ate another the next day - and he never eats leftovers!

These burgers were pretty good. I am a fan of using turkey when I can because it is more lean than beef, however, it doesn't have as much flavor so you need to add some to it. I added garlic, onions, Worcester sauce and salt and pepper and it made the burgers pretty flavorful. Next time I will not grill the apples. It took away their tart crisp taste (which would have made the burger more juicy and made it more difficult to eat. I might use goat cheese next time too. Overall good idea, but needs some changes.

This is a keeper. Easy easy easy. To make sure the burgers were moist I added some finely chopped mushrooms, minced onion and 2 slices of butter cut into tiny cubes. Very moist and delicious. Even my meat and potatoes husband and father in law liked theses.
