    The sauce is amazing!

Sometimes when we don't want to deal with the mess, we just sprinkle the wings with garlic salt and grill them.

This recipe is soooo easy and delicious as well. It starts with quite a zip and then mellows with the help of the blue cheese. Personally, I love Sriacha sauce, so this is the only wings recipe I will ever use.

These are soooo good! The siracha makes it very hot, so some may need to cut back on it, but I thought it was excellent. Make extra, they are awesome cold too!

I've made this recipe a bunch of times for company. Everyone says these are the best wings they've had. I forgot a lemon, so had to use the fake stuff this time. It does make a difference & not for the better. I also use drumlets instead of wings. Easy to eat & more meat. I've tried grilling instead of frying & that works well too.
