I make this every year and my family eats it up. They had never had fresh cranberries until I started to make this for Thanksgiving. Now we eat it at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Easy to make and tasty to eat!

This is the cranberry recipe I use without fail every year. It's just as amazing on turkey sandwiches. Super simple and no-fail.

This recipe is SO SO SIMPLE to make, and tastes even better!! I'm not a big fan of citrus in my cranberry sauce, but the addition of the vanilla makes it so smooth and adds just the right complimentary flavor. This will be on my holiday table from now on!

I followed the recipe exactly. It was a starchy sauce with very few berries. It looked so much better on tv.

I found this recipe a few years ago, and it seems that I am making more of it every year. Everyone I share it with loves it. After trying this, I can't believe that I actually thought that canned jelly was actually good. Thank you Mr. Lagasse for saving me from the can.

This is a very flavorful cranberry dish. We've been making this recipe for the past four holiday seasons. Once you break away from the can you'll never return. : Thank you Emeril!

My 10 year old son saw Emril make this on the Thanksgiving Meal show and wanted to make it as his contribution to Thanksgiving dinner. He made it mostly by himself with a little help. Everyone loved it. Bye-bye canned cranberry sauce or jelly. This was so easy, so good, and so much better than canned.

Even people who normally don't eat cranberry sauce raved about it when I made it for Christmas dinner. Though simple to make, the key ingredient was the vanilla. Don't bother making it though, if you use the imitation stuff. It's worth the few additional dollars because that's what provides the subtle fragrance that makes this dish superb. This can be eaten like apple sauce, as a snack, as well.
