These are terrific. Not only easy to make but very moist which can be tough when making a bran muffin.

Kids will eat these! I also added a touch of nutmeg. The yummy smell filled the house and the kids ate my "cinnamon" muffins. They will never know the truth!!! Thanks Sandra!

I thought these were great! I used Kroger's "Low Fat Oat Bran Muffin Mix". It was a little short on weight (14oz so I added a 1/3 cup of self rising flour. The rest I did according to the recipe and they were moist and flavorful. A Keeper!

The muffins would be great if you can find bran muffin mix of any kind. Instead I used Martha White Apple Cinnamon whole grain muffin mix (2-7oz. bags and followed the recipe. They actually turned out really good and moist.

These were great! And very easy! A lot of folks complained about not finding the Bran Muffin Mix...you can buy Kroger Brand Bran Muffin Mix on the cake/flour/muffin aisle. Add the raisin's yourself and VOILA!! Cost very cheap! Like $1.39!!!

I liked the way these tasted...I made 18 fairly small muffins with the mix (by the way I couldn't find a bran mix either, so I used a whole wheat apple mix I added dried mixed fruit instead of the raisins, and put some shredded carrot in there too. I topped them with a sprinkling of cinnaminy quick oats. But I was the only one eating them in our household of 2 (hubby doesn't like anything good for you.. and they got moldy with 3 days, even in an airtight container! I'll only make these again if I know they will be consumed quickly.

I've just started to learn to cook (with very little extra time to do so and was delighted to find out how easy these muffins were to make. They are delicious and moist and healthy. I used the Honey Bran Muffin mix (Sunmaid, forgot the cinnamon (did I say I'm just learning to cook? and they still came out wonderful. Thanks Sandra, I look forward to many more of your recipes. :

I usually don't try Sandra's recipes because I like to cook from scratch but this recipe seemed pretty harmless! I was not able to find the bran muffin mix recommended on the show or even a package with the proper amount of mix included. I ended up buying 1 box of Hodgson Mill bran muffin mix (approx 7 oz, added 1/4 cup more of zucchini and about 1/4 c raisins. My house smells great!

I used 2 packages of Hodgson Mill bran muffin mix (7 oz. each. I added about 1/4 cup more zucchini and topped them with a sprinkle of raw sugar. The mixture was a little dry, so I added about 2 tbsp. more of applesauce. They were prefect!
