It tasted pretty good, but the potatoes needed longer in the microwave than what the recipe said, and it needed to cook much longer in the oven, also. It kind of fell apart when i tried to serve it. It was okay, but just kind of a frustrating recipe. I hate it when the instructed times and temperatures don't work. It makes me wonder if the instructor has ever tried it themselves. Sorry Sandra... You seem nice, but this recipe was a little frustrating.

I've never made a quiche before so this was the recipe for me. I used a frozen 9 inch pie shell and followed the recipe exactly. Oh, except for the all purpose seasoning (didn't have any so I added a bit of onion powder, seasoning salt, celery salt, fresh ground black pepper, parsley and rosemary. Looked and tasted like I spent forever making it. Too bad I made this dish AFTER my in-laws went home. ; Will make again and again and again. Thx.

Takes very little time to put together, you can make it your own by adding different chesses and meat also using veggies.

THE QUICHE WAS WONDERFULLY FLAVORFUL FOLLOWING THE RECIPE BUT I FOUND THAT BUYING THE SKILLET DICED POTATOES WITH ONION MADE A FINE SUBSTITUTION FOR THE RED SKIN POTATOES. THE TASTE AND AROMA WAS THE SAME IF NOT BETTER.

I made this as a way to use up leftover Easter ham. I reduced the rosemary to 1 tsp., used cheddar cheese and sliced one potato rather than dice two. I used adobe seasoning. It was excellent. I can see this as a great basic quiche to be used with a variety of cheeses/ veggies and meats.

My 4 year old doesn't like the regular ham & cheese quiche I make (which is more complicated. This one he loves! And so does the rest of the family.

I used the salt-free McCormick garlic & herb seasoning. It was great along with the rosemary.

Easy (and as good as pie...I noticed that the individuals who gave it a bad review explicitly state that they did not follow the recipe (microwaved eggs? They seemed willing to lose $5 in ingredients just to bash Ms. Lee...

Spices too much, potatoes not cooked enough. Very dry, not enough egg custard.

My potatoes should have cooked longer in the microwave, which was my fault. But I should have used one Potato.
I used a 8" pie pan, should have used a 9". I used 3 eggs should have used 2 and a half cup of milk. I didn't use a cup of cheese because there wasn't room for it! Luckily I used a cookie sheet under the pie plate that caught the mess. My dogs liked it thought!!
