The best, make it a couple of times a year and even canned it one year when I got a deal on the berrys.

For the last five years, I've made this recipe in the days following Thanksgiving. It is the only "jam" I've ever made. The results are fantastic. Great on Turkey sandwiches!

I made this as a filling for pumpkin cheesecake and I used ginger beer instead of ginger ale. It was awesome. I had to force myself to stop licking the spoon after stirring.

I made this the day before Thanksgiving. My sister and I fell in love with this sauce/jam! I strained it twice so it was more of a cranberry jelly. It is delicious the day of the big meal, but makes a great alternative to use with a turkey sandwich. Will be making this as another jam/sauce to add to my gift baskets, and it was so easy to make. Thank you, Alton Brown for another great recipe!

My husband has been making this jam for three years! It is gorgeous, tasty, and full of wonderful flavor which yellowjackets love. When he makes,a lot of bee comes to our window,so be careful!
