This was my first time making a frittata. Turned out great. I had a hard time getting it out of the cast iron pan because it was so heavy.

I absolutely loved this and made it again the next day. The second time, I sauteed bacon and onions & it was great. You can also use whatever cheese that you have - I used swiss. My only suggestion is to cut down the number of potatoes from 3 to 2 and make sure they are well diced. This recipe is a KEEPER. I will make it often. Many thanks !!!!

Although it was a bit time consuming, I do consider one of the ultimate frittata recipes. The next time I make frittata, I will try cutting potato in thinner slices. Can't wait to share it with friends and family.

I enjoyed this recipe quite a bit. I wish a cheaper substitute for the Gruyere had been offered as cheese alone cost $4. But all in all, very satisfying.

My 9 year old son and I saw this on an episode and he asked if we could try it.
This is delicious and easy. A great meal to make with your children.
