This is my sister's favorite dessert. However, I did make a few changes. I add buttered roasted mini pretzels to the bottom and also a shot of tequila in the bottom of the glass before I add the mousse. It gives you the salty, buttery flavor that offsets the sweetness of the mousse. Delicious!!!

I made the mousse and put it in mini muffin graham cracker crusts. A great hit.

We really enjoyed this dessert, though you have to get to the gel before it sets (like the recipe says or it causes it to be lumpy . It is rich, but we just served small portions, like we would with any rich dessert.

I made this for a Cinco De Mayo party and it has great flavor, but everyone agreed that you can't just eat it plain--it's too rich. This belongs in a grahm cracker pie crust or with grahm cracker crumbled on top. It tastes like margarita flavored whipped cream, so imagine eating homemade whipped cream for a dessert--too rich, but with modification it could be really good.
