    This dish is a great way to bring out the rich flavor of the calimari without making it tough. Provides strong visual impact at the table.

    Tip: Unless you live next to the ocean, buy your squid whole, in a frozen block. The squid defrosts with very little damage and is actually easier to clean than squid fresh from the water.
