    This recipie was wonderful. The fresh thyme and red wine just made it. Tried this out on a big family crowd and the reviews were outstanding!

    This is the first pot roast recipe I've had actually come out as good as or better than expected. I added a few things (a whole head of garlic, double the wine, a few others but the basic recipe is there and this is the best pot roast I've ever eaten.
