Totally yummy! Great light summer dinner. Used green beans instead of sugar snap peas (because hubby does not like peas and just as good. My 6 year old son loved it too!

Elizabeth,
Moscato or Reisling are great choices for sweet white wines.
I made this with ruby red trout, and it was delicious. I cooked it with red and orange peppers and fresh green beans instead of snap peas because that is what my local grocery store had. I used chardonnay for wine and it all turned out perfectly. I'd have to agree with others and say that the temperature and time given in the recipe is off... I cooked my foil packets at 400 F for 30 minutes to well done. Light and healthy, perfect summer dish.

I have tried this method with salmon and bass and it turned otu great with both. What I really loved about this recipe is that it's fast, very easy, mess-free (and therefore clean-up is a breeze, and the house doesn't stink of fish.
Very healthy satisfying meal. Thanks Giada!

This most definitely my go-to recipe whenever I'm feeling lazy, but I also want to eat healthy. I completely agree with the comments, bake it at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, and it comes out perfect! I usually use salmon, and the vegetables are interchangeable, but always turn out great. I highly reccomend this!

It`s really very good, but, there is nothing that makes it different! It`s easy and very good, but, really, it`s just a normal fish!

I made a single portion of this for lunch, with a few modifications: used salmon instead of trout, didn't have white wine, so I added an extra tbs of lemon juice to the veggies, added yellow squash, and also added 1 minced garlic clove (I tossed half w/ veggies, the other half rubbed onto the fish. I baked at 400 for 20 minutes. This left the salmon medium-well and the veggies crisp-tender. This had awesome flavor and was very easy to make.
