Wonderful flavor I used Dried Dill instead of fresh. 1 Tbsp does the trick.

I used a pinot grigio. Sauce was used for Dover Sole.

    I hope you enjoy.

Pretty tasty recipe..I've used over salmon and crab cakes, and it works well with both. I've even served it cold over cold poached salmon. Very good and versatile as well! I've got to give it 5 stars....

Used over cod placed on top of a bed of lemon pasta topped with lump crab meat. Yum!

UN-FREAKIN-BELEIVE-ABLE - this was a beautiful sauce over Grouper. I noticed in the posts that some have served it over Chicken - great idea.

I made a huge amount of this (enough to put on Lemon Pepper Chicken for 300 people for a wedding reception as a test of my skills for a caterer. Like one reviewer said, people were coming back asking for bread and sauce after the chicken ran out. Hired. Thanks Emeril!

I use the sauce to pour over cheese ravioli and chicken. I cut and dredge the chicken before frying. Add to the cooked cheese raviloi and pour the sauce over it. Excellent and easy dish!!!!

Broiled salmon seasoned with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.

Prepared this fantastic sauce while salmon was cooking. Replaced the white wine with water because I did not have any on hand and cut back the butter to 2 T.

    Sauce was phenomenal !

I love this recipe. I substituted the butter for Smart Balance Light Butter Spread to cut the calories and fat and the taste was still really good! I also added capers for a little kick.
