A spicy & interesting take on a potentially boring meal. I recommend using ground turkey or veal instead of the chuck.

This was so good that when the food section of my local newspaper was looking for for recipes for meat loaf for "Grown-Up's" I sent them a link to Alton's. It has now been published (with permission and acknowlegements in the Miami Herald.

Awesome. Even meatloaf haters love this one. Easy to make and even the picky kids gobbled it up. Way to go Alton!

I always hated meatloaf as a kid. I actually look forward to this. We Make it 2 to 3 times a week.
