    If you can find cardoons, they're definitely worth it. They're like the artichoke heart without all the trouble! This dish is delicious. It has alot of steps but, how often can you find cardoons?! When you can, make this. It's one of Mario's great items like Gunaciale. Mille Grazie Mario!
