    I took this recipe and turned it into my own, after having two birds, cleaned and gutted, then stuffed a can each of guinness, seasoned the chicken and then popped them into the oven for an hour and a half, yes 1 hour and a half, at 350 degrees, and the meat feel off the bone, as soon as you touched it. My buddies have told me that it was the best chicken, they had ever had!
    Great recipe this is, but I think all should make cooking, their own

    This is one of the better barbecued chicken recipes I've tried. Great sauce, amazingly juicy chicken and overall tasty summer flavor. Instead of liquid smoke try using wood chips to smoke the bird itself.

    This receipe brought one word to my mind...succulent! It was so tender and juicy and all my guest were just raving about how good it was!!I will definitely serve this over and over again!

    This Chicken has become a winner on my grill. It doesn't take up much space on the grill so I always add one or two to make a better bigger BBQ feast. It is very juicy with lots of good flavor. It also works good in the oven.
