So good. Followed the relish recipe and it was amazing! Absolutely the BEST meatloaf I have ever made...and that is for almost 40 years!

This is the most delicious meatloaf our family has ever tasted. It is a staple in our house now. Thank you Tyler for another ultimate dish!

For those who are confused about ingredients being left out of the recipe, you are referring to the wrong recipe. If you want the one with the milk soaked bread and the bacon check out the recipe call "Dad's Meatloaf with Tomato Relish".

I agree with the reviewer from Odenton, MD. I'd like to see complete recipes based upon how they're actually presented on the show. This is missing the fresh bread soaked in milk in lieu of breadcrumbs and a very key ingredient for this dish. I can't recall if it was 2 or 4 slices, but it was a critical component. The bacon topping was also missed here, but important on the show.

This recipe never mentions Tylers supposedly biggest difference make.....milk soaked bread. The FN recipe also never mentions the bacon he puts on top that he said was one of the main reasons his meatloaf is the ultimate.......The guys who write these recipes should watch the shows sometimes....

My wife has been using her recipie for many years, so the deck was stacked against me with this departure from tradition. Arguably this is a lot more work than my wifes recipie, but we now have a 'new traditional' meat loaf.

Too many eggs, I think one will do it. I forgot to seed the tomatos but I don't think it made any difference. A little time consuming prep wise but overall very good

This is the only meatloaf I will make! I've been making it for a few years now and have yet to find one that even comes close. It is the BEST!!
