I made the frittata and hash browns and they were both awesome. The frittata cooked perfectly through and was great without the carbs. Made the potatos for the carb eaters and they loved them!

It was very good. My 7 year old likes eggs but she doesn't really like ham or turkey. She loved this, we all did. We only had the frittata and hash brown potatoes. I used cheddar cheese, that is what I had in the frig. I used a large 14 in. skillet for my frittata and it did not take very long at all. I hope everyone at least tries this one.

The eggs took way longer to cook. The Honey Rosemary Ricotta was Yuck. The only thing that was good is the Pineapple.

After reading the reviews I decided not to make the Frittata but I decided to try the gingered pineapple and Honey-Rosemary. I served them along side a few heavy hot appetizers at a party, they were a huge hit.

All I cooked was the frittata and hash browns (didn't make the other items and they tasted like your average eggs and hash brown dish. Adding onions to hash browns isn't exactly revolutionary - I've been doing that for years. The eggs took FOR EVER to cook in my oven. The edges were done but middle was raw so I had to bake it for at least 30 minutes. I don't like pineapple, ginger, pumpernickel bread, rosemary, or ricotta so that's why I didn't make the rest of the recipe. Maybe that would have added some umph to a very forgettable dish.
