So easy and delicious! I added Reeses pieces at the end and just used as cookies; not ice cream sandwiches :

Great recipe, except they could be a little more peanutty. I used natural pb (just peanuts & salt! and they were still plenty sweet. Chocolate chips or crunchy pb would be great additions. Definitely the recipe I'll go to until I find one that's more peanutty.

I only made the cookies and added chocolate chips to them, and they were amazing! I don't even like peanut butter cookies and I love these.

Wish I coould give it 6 stars! Made just the cookie, not the filling, was surprised to see 400 degree for a cookie, it cooked in 6 min. in my convection oven, used crunchy peanut butter, delicious, Once you use this recipe, you will never use another. Thanks Gail.

Moist, peanut-buttery, and very rich. You can use even a little more peanut butter than the recipe calls for if you want. These cookies rock!

These cookies are great! I also stuck with the amount of peanut butter called for in the recipe and found it to be perfect. Also did not make them into sandwiches, the cookies were just fine.

I did not add extra PB and do not find it needs extra PB as long as you do not over mix the PB when added to the batter.
