    This is definitely a keeper. The salsa in particular is just fantastic, and it tastes like something you'd get straight from a restaurant.

    Overall, this recipe was fantastic. I especially loved the potato preparation. The meat, however, ended up a little tough, something very unusual for tenderloin. I will try this again, purchasing meat from a different butcher.
