Years ago my now deceased mother in law had made some sweet potatoes using orange juice consentrate. I have looked at receipes for years trying to find something close. Well I think I found it! We have three grown boys and they are PICKY! I got a thumbs up from everybody. Of course I will tweek this or that as the years go by, but besides adding the marshmellows to melt on top, there isn't a whole lot I would change. Was very easy too!

These sweet potatoes were excellent.I definately recommend them for Thanksgiving or any special occasion. Two thumbs up for the inventor of the recipe....

I made this dish and it was awesome!
Very easy and everyone loved it. The best candied sweet potatoes I've ever made. I'm making it again this Thanksgiving.
