    This was my first experience with wild game and I don't think I will want to eat domestic animals again. The flavour's were incredible, excellent recipe.

    Jamie always uses very inventive ingredients. I love the take on the use of game over a wonderful blend of cabbage, peas and barley. The mix of flavors is fantastic. I will grill the bird next time.
