I worked as a teenager at a restaurant.I made 200 Pounds of Cole Slaw Daily! We used so many of the same ingredients as Cheryl's.We parted ways with the additions of Bell Peppers,Celery seeds, and other spices.Ours? Just a sweet mayo, milk, white vinegar. Then the Cabbage sans "core",carrots and that's it.Like these additions to a Better slaw w/definetly More Flavour.

If you don't like pepper, you will not like this but this is a FAV of my husband and I. I use 2-3TBSP sugar and you can halve the pepper and it would still be good. The longer it sits the better it gets. I have also used this dressing with the store bought bag of slaw mix, still GOOD!

Ok, so I'm not a huge fan of the coleslaw itself, so I use my own recipe for the cabbage mixture, however the best part of this is the celery seed. It really takes the coleslaw above and beyond the regular. So even if you buy some sore bought slaw you should add celery seed to your sauce cause it makes it soooooo much better!

to say I didn't care for it. I just didn't like the taste. It made a big bowl and most of it went to waste. Can't put my finger on just why. It was better the second day than first.

i think the tablespoon of pepper should be a teaspoon.
i made it for a casual dinner party for 12 & no one ate it
i even added an extra bag of cabbage. it didn't help!
