    I'm not normally a meatloaf fan, but I saw this episode and had to try it. It's now my go-to recipe. The entire family loves it, and it makes great sandwiches the next day. I usually make it in a more traditional loaf shape, but I cook it on a broiler pan. Also, I've tried it with all different types of BBQ sauce and sometimes with bacon on top. It always comes out perfect.

    This is the best "Loaf of meat" that I have ever made! I have passed this recipe to many people with rave reviews. My family absolutely loves it and there is never any that goes to waste, from leftovers to sandwiches, it is the best!
