This recipe gets better and better as it sits. I thought the cinamon was wonderful. We didn't use veal, but more turkey. It's really different and will last through Passover.

I was happy to try a recipe with meat and lasagna but this was was a huge waste of money and time. The cinnamon is overwhelming. I did not use matzo but lasagna sheets. I threw out the whole dish after my husband and I tried the first bites.

This recipe is very easy; however, the chopping of the different vegetables does take the most time. Don't let that deter you from making this. It is a very good way to use eggplant. The honey and cinnamon enrich the taste.
