I make this recipe every year for Christmas. I always have a coronary over the cost of the lamb -- it costs ~60 dollars, but once I sit down to eat it, it is worth every penny.

EXCELLANT!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE MORE STARS. EVEN MY FINEKY NIECE TRIED THE LAMB AND GAVE IT A THUMBS UP. WHEN I PUT THE POTATOS IN THE OVEN I PUT BABY BROCCOLI IN THE MIXTURE FROM THE POTATOS AND THEN PUT THEM IN THE OVEN WITH THE POTATOS AFTER I REMOVED THE LAMB. THE BROCCOLI WAS EXCELLANT.

This recipe was amazing! I followed it, with the exception of the Dijon Mustard; one guest doesn't like mustard. Marinated for 24 hours. Everyone loved it...even the potatoes were out of this word. Will be on my "must make again" list!! Thank you.

juicy and perfectly seasoned. My only wish is that some of the flavor of the herbs would have penetrated down to the middle. I let it marinate for 36hrs.

Well, I cooked this devine lamb reciepe for our Thanksgiving dinner. It was a HUGE success.
Everyone just about licked the plate, there is barely enough left over for a lunch. I bought a 6 lb leg for 5 people..
I did make a little gravy for the table, (this is a gravy family and the potatoes were even more delishious.
I will be cooking this one as my signature lamb. No more greasy, messy turkey for me.
this was easy and cleanup was a snap, (I bought a foil roasting pan
    GOOD! GOOD! GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I made this for Easter one year and it was fantastic. It is one of my "go to" recipes for lamb now. Very highly recommended, will not disappoint.

This was the tastiest lamb I've ever had! It was my first time making it myself and I was really pleased with the results. The potatoes were also a great complement and easy to make as well. My guests stayed long enough to have sandwiches later. The lamb & potatoes are even great at room temperature!

My kids and I really enjoyed watching Emeril when they were younger. We saw him make this recipe on his show and decided to try it for Easter dinner. That was 8 or 10 years ago and we don't miss a year without it. We are spread apart this year. My youngest is in college and auditioning for the "Biggest Looser" season 10, my oldest is working 16 hrs a day and my middle child has no way to get to my house or me to hers. I'm useing Lamb Stew Meat and making some very small portion of this recipe to console myself for spending Easter without the grandkids, who also enjoy the recipe. Thanks Emeril We love you! Sure glad I could find it to get exact measurments this year. Pam Colsten and Family
