    I ommitted the mint, feta and the last 1 tspn of butter... substituted red onion for shallot and added raisins the last few minutes...its worked out great! nice simple yummy couscous... I also used the middle eastern pearl couscous instead of fine... its was gerat!

    pretty good, but the second time I made it I waited until I removed the Cous Cous from the heat to add the mint and got more flavor.
