love it! Did not use Pinaapple juice. Used fresh Pineapple, and a bit of frozen orange juice. Awesome!

I've been making this for a few years now and have been wanting to post my thoughts for quite sometime. This recipe is delicious. The flavors are all on point. Sometimes, instead of stuffing the pork chops--especially if they're thin-- I saute the apple mixture and just include it as a component of the sauce instead. It's not quite the same, but an easy fix if you don't have time to stuff or can't get thick pork chops!

I think the flavors were good but I did over cook the meat.. my fault. I served this with sweet potatoes and a salad.

Absolutely amazing!!!! The pork had great flavor and was very moist. As a change, I mixed half of lemon zest with half orange zest. Came out delicious because the sauce still had the lemony flavor, but also a tangy orange flavor in the background that complimented the apples and the orange-pineapple juice. Served it w/ white rice a steamed broccoli. Earned a spot in our Cookbook of Fame

This was fantastic! Didn't alter the recipe other than to use caution with salt. Unbelievable flavor. You will love this recipe...

OUTSTANDING. I didn't have everything the recipe named, I used a OJ, no pineapple, rome apple vs. granny smith, turkey bacon vs bacon and no lemon zest or parsley. Family loved it and wants it again. A keeper!

Very good even with some modifications. Did not have orange juice so used all pineapple juice and only 1/2 an apple as well as dried thyme instead of fresh and no sage.

this recipe was really good, except I used apple cider instead of pineapple-orange juice.

This dish really hit the spot!! I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with dinner.. asked him to name one ingredient that he wanted in it, so I could put it in the recipe finder.. this came up and I couldn't resist! My gut turned out to be right, he devoured his plate in a matter of a few minutes and said it was one of the best things I have ever cooked!! Right up there with homemade pasta.. I'm definitely adding it to the "Repeat List"
