Fabulous meld of unique flavors. We will make this recipe again. My wife had extra apple and added them to the baking mixture.

I love salt-my husband is the voice of reason, but OMG this was inedible. I will try again but I will not season chops in a plate of salt and pepper, I will not sprinkle salt into the apple stuffing that already has bacon in it,and I didn't add salt before I put chops in the oven, as advised!!! I love the citrus and apple combo, but will revise without the SALT!!!

I agree with the prior post - this was so easy and tasted wonderful. Way better than Rachel Ray's chops w/apple!
