I made these last night. These are the best pork chops I have ever made. You have to try them to believe how good the are. So very tender and moist. The maple gives them a whole new flavor. A must try for pork chop lovers.

We really enjoyed the chops. We don't do brussel sprouts but chops were great! Follow receipe as listed and you won't be disappointed.

Love these pork chops and brussel sprouts. I'm not a huge brussel sprout fan, but these were definitely yummy especially with a little bit of the maple sauce from the pork chops!! Yum!

I took a chance and tried this recipe out when I had a dinner guest. Since we all had "sugar" issues, I used sugarfree maple syrup. The chops were great and not too sweet as I had read about in earlier reviews. Tender and juicy. Will definitely serve this to company again. Didn't use the brussel sprouts and made broccoli instead. A great recipe if you're tired of "tough" pork chops. Yummy.

I followed the recipe and finished cooking the pork chops. I didn't have any brussel sprouts in the house so decided to use onions to make a sauce. I tasted the maple sauce after the pork chops finished cooking and found it too sweet. So i put the zest of an orange, the juice of the orange and juice of one lemon. It made a great sweet tangy sauce with the onions to put over the chops and some rice.
I will fix this recipe again!

I followed the recipe exactly but added a small onion to pork chops and Brussels sprouts. My family members are my judges and they loved it! Even had seconds! This one is definitely a winner!

Do you remove the chops from the pan after 2 mins on each side and simmer the sauce in that same pan, then add the chops back? Or are these 2 separate pans?

My husband absolutely raved about these pork chops. They were incredibly moist and tasty. Brussel sprouts are not our favorite veggie, so I skipped them.
I would definitely serve this for guests. It's hard to believe that a dish prepared so quickly could be so good. Thanks, Robin! This is a "keeper".
