    I have made this about 5 times and now have the recipe committed to memory. Super easy and super good. Just have to keep everything as cold as possible and still workable. I made 8 pies for 40 people on our annual BVI trip in November. Everyone liked it, but 4 pies were forgotten on a counter for about 45 minutes before serving. Not a good idea as the crust became soggy. Best to serve right out of the freezer. Plan to make it again, only 6 pies.

    I've made this a number of times. If your using fresh standard limes, use the juice of two and zest of one( I mix the zest into the mixture. Anymore juice and the pie becomes too tart for most people. It's simple, easy, and delicious.

    I LOVE KEY LIME PIE!!!!!!!!! But after finding out that they used it making eggs I was kind of off put by the whole thing (yes I'm weird. There were times when I really craved it so I began looking for some egg-free recipes, I came across this one; it looked to easy to yield any good results. Boy was I wrong! I can't believe it too me so long to try this, it is amazing easy to make and EVERYONE who I've made it for agrees! I also like that it's a kid friendly recipe and a good way to get your little one to try helping out in the kitchen.

    I Love this recipe! Its very easy and only takes a few minutes to make. Its a great summer pie and is always the first thing gone.

    This recipe is awesome, every time I've made it everybody asks for the recipe. I usually have to make 2 or 3 at a time it goes so fast.
