I made the Cilantro-Lime Mayo tonight to go with my Spicy Yams Fries.

Oh my, this is out of this World. I was licking the bowl. I'll make the mayo again & again.

To me there is never enough cilantro. I even added more.

I love Paula Dean and her recipes are always amazing But this one was a real disappointment. I followed the instructions exactly, but my family all agreed that it did not live up to expectations.

I think if you leave the cilantro out of the burger and cut back on the amount of cilantro in the mayo, it might be a great recipe.

First off, let me say these look delicious. I just had a bit of problems keeping them together in the pan. Then I felt the sauce to be a bit overwhelming for the scallops, perhaps I put too much dijon mustard or not enough mayo. Looking forward to trying this again, hope it works next time.

I tried these for a small group of friends. Everyone loved them and the sauce was perfect. Would like to see more receipes from the birthday party, the food must have been fanstatic.

My husband loves scallops and these were so simple and yummy that he could have popped them in his mouth all evening! He thinks we need to keep them on hand all the time now! Easy to prepare and the lime-cilantro mayo was a fresh, yummy touch! Kudos!

This recipe was so great! I used frozen sea scallops and made them burger size. SO great. Would have liked to see the caterer with Paula doing the recipes. Paula is so great with other people. Kind of pathetic that she was by herself doing her own birthday party.
