If you think this is a waste of lamb chops than you shouldn't cook any Lebanese food. The only thing I changed was , I mixed ground lamb with the ground beef.

Why should I waste good lamb chops for flavoring when ground beef is used to stuff the grape leaves?!?

I am Jordanian and and my review is similar to the one before me. Everything is correct but not that 40 cloves of garlic. But besides that, it would taste delicous. And also for advise to people who are reading this, lamb chops is the best meat to make with this recipe.

Is this a typo?? 40 Cloves of Garlic?

I am Lebanese and make these all the time. This recipe is right on target except that Garlic Quantity.

You should also post the vegetarian version of these! Really outstanding, makes a great appetizer, or part of the mezza.

These made me want to become Lebonese. Even my husband loved them. Lois Okeechobee, Fl.
